The only reason we buy bananas is because Brett likes them (I find the texture to be rather odd), but unfortunately 3 of them didn't get eaten before they got pretty old. Brett suggest that I make banana bread and so last night I did just that. Of course due to my addiction to chocolate, it wasn't complete until it had some chocolate chips in it! To my delight the bread turned out quite wonderfully and I can't wait to get home from work to eat some more!!
Yum I love banana bread. I love chocolate too but not so sure about it in my bread :) Walnuts are a must for me!
