Yes it is true, there will soon be an addition to our family...aka Our Little Munchkin! Baby Steenblik is due March 28th 2011 and we can't wait!!
I have been pretty sick these past 2 months, but seeing the little Munchkin today makes it all worth it!
As you can tell from the first picture he/she was pretty excited, maybe he/she knew we were watching! The Munchkin was flapping it's arms around and waving a ton! He/she got so excited that it gave itself hiccups, hence the second picture where he/she looks a little calmer! It was super cute to see it jump with each hiccup!
The Doctor said everything looks great so far! The baby's heart is beating strong and fast and has all its chambers. We could see his/her, eyes, nose, spine, little feet and hands (just like daddy) and you can already see it's own little personality developing!
In a month we get to find out the gender of the baby, although it will probably still go by the munchkin! So watch for more updates on baby Steenblik!
My little girl still gets hiccups if she gets too excited, it's pretty funny! Congrats again!!!
