Lukey

Lukey? I'm not really sure how I am supposed to spell Lukey...but that is one of the names we call him. One of my favorite things in the world is that his cousin Lula only ever calls him Lukey.

Last weekend everyone was in town for Justin and Kalie's wedding, Lucas stayed with the Greene's whilst we went to the Temple and we took Lula with us to pick him up. On the way there I asked Lula, "Who do you love more, Kymee or Brett?" she loudly and proudly responded "LUKEY!" Gotta love that girl.

Well I decided to forgo the monthly stats posts, but now Lucas is 14 months I decided a little update could be used.

• He loves elevators, he marches in place and laughs anytime we are in one and doesn't want to leave. 
• He dances all the time...especially when he plays with his guitar
• He says "Hi", "Hey", "Mumma", "Dadda", "Dad", "Here you go!" and "Here you go, you go, you go" 
• He still loves water and would swim all day if we let him
• He still loves to cuddle with ducky
• He is so curious with everything...it takes an hour to go 5 steps if you let him walk on his own
• He quickly navigates himself up and down stairs
• He loves to open and close doors, but gets mad when he locks himself in a room
• He hates taking naps now, much to my distress
• He loves to laugh and make people laugh
• He chatters with everyone he meets and charms tourists so much they take pictures of him
• He pulls the books off the bookshelves daily, instead of on the stairs the baby gate protects the dining room where our main book case is
• He has become a cuddle bug

Our baby is most definitely a toddler now and gets into everything, no matter how often he does "naughty" things he always out does himself with something funny or cute! I can't get enough of my little boy!
