As soon as November arrived I was anxious to put our Christmas Tree up, but due to the fact we didn't have one I wasn't sure when I would get around to it. Our friends Ashley and Cameron found these super cute trees at target for only $20 so they bought two! One for them and one for us!
Getting married last Christmas we had lots of Christmas Trees and Christmas decorations at our reception. Of course the decorations went along with our wedding colors and therefore our Christmas tree theme for this year was determined pretty easily!
Ashley and I went to our new favorite store Hobby Lobby to find a few filler baubles and some fancier main feature ones! We had a lot of fun and even found some great finds like this blue snowflake below at the $ store!
I came home from our shopping trip to Brett preparing himself by listening to Christmas music, (he is a big Christmas music lover!). We then spent the evening putting together the tree. Apparently I am not good at placing the branches so Brett took control of that.
Our apartment ended up having glitter everywhere which just added to the fun!
I LOVE our little Christmas tree! Next year will be interesting as the Munchkin will be crawling and grabbing! I keep teasing Brett that I will come home to the Christmas tree on top of my baby if he isn't careful!!
