These Things About ME....
- I secretly wish I was Polynesian....they are so full of energy, always happy, so kind and giving and live in the most beautiful places! Plus who doesn't want to do the Hakka and not look silly for being a skinny white girl and doing it?!
- I love sweets for breakfast...brownies, cake, candy bars, chocolate donuts, waffles covered in chocolate syrup, chocolate covered strawberries!
- I'm a chocoholic, but really I am. Most women say that, but for me it is true, I need chocolate daily and could eat it all day! I guess that's what happens when you grow up in Europe.
- I knew I was going to marry Brett approximately 3 years before I actually did marry him...so being separated for over 2 years was torture!
- I kinda secretly love the stereotype that all Temple Sq missionaries are the prettiest and the best...not really true, but it makes me feel good.
- Sometimes on my mission I loved a good encounter with an anti to get the adrenaline going....haha
- I'm actually pretty funny...so many times people have made comments like "I never knew you were so funny", Brett always says it's one of the reasons he married me.
- I dream of being in the CSI, but only if it's like the shows, I have a weird fascination with homicide...it intrigues me.
- I sew...not extremely well, but I do, my next challenge is curtains for the nursery and all of his baby bedding, the fabric is ready and waiting.
- I feel like I always have to be looking for a deal, I'm a daily watcher of KSL and Craigslist and enjoy my ebay and amazon searches. It pays off I got a like new baby swing for $30 on KSL that is $130 in stores!
- I love potatoes, the only kind I don't like are sweet potatoes.
- I love getting letters, it's one of the things I miss most about the mission!
- I'm not afraid of being crazy, see above picture. It has not really happened since I got home from my mission and got married, but before hand and on my mission dressing up, being silly and being a source of entertainment was a big part of my life!
- I love programming, I could organize events for the rest of my life and being doing my dream job. I did it for close to 3 years and still miss planning and meeting people's needs through these events. And if you didn't know that's how I met Brett, he was one of my students for programming/leadership!
- I'm a matchmaker, there are at least 3 couples who have gotten married after I introduced them :)
- I'm terrified to give birth....better get over that because it's gonna happen in about 2 months!!
You are cute Kymee! I loved being one of your students in RHA, I really miss it! I was really scared to give birth too, but once I was in labor, all I could think about was meeting my baby (and how much it hurt since I went all natural!) But seriously, even through the pain I just wanted to see my baby's face and afterward when your little man is in your arms you will feel like super woman because you just brought him into the world. It is a wonderful experience, don't be scared of it!! You will do great :)
